Darling Daze was born from a deep love of form, color & the quiet power of objects that hold meaning.
While Ash’s earliest connection to jewelry came through family heirlooms, it was her experiences traveling the world, wandering in cities & absorbing the palette of colors and shapes in every place that built her creative vision. From living in the everchanging landscape of new york city, she finds endless inspiration in the visual rhythm of the world around her.
Her journey into jewelry began at a boutique PR agency, where her curiosity quickly turned into a desire to learn the craft from every angle. Over the years, she worked in luxury consignment jewelry, immersing herself in different stones, eras & materials firsthand. She later pursued an array of courses ranging from wax carving to color theory at Pratt Institute, the Fashion Institute of Technology & the Gemological Institute of America.
In 2020, Ash joined a renowned high jewelry house, where she helped bring new collections to life. this experience gave her a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and the storytelling power of jewelry, but also revealed a gap: a desire to make pieces that felt more approachable, more personal & more inclusive. While this chapter exposed her to jewelry design & production at the highest level, it also clarified her personal mission: to create jewelry that feels emotionally grounded, thoughtfully made & accessible.
Darling Daze is the result. Each piece is designed and produced locally in New York using ethically sourced or repurposed materials. Whether it's a one-of-a-kind heirloom redesign or a small-batch original, Ash’s work begins with a feeling and evolves through color, shape & story.
